About Tataya:
Tataya Radtke is a native of Venezuela who in 2001 left her life as a lawyer to walk down the yogic path. She has over 1000 hours of training in Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara yoga styles, having trained and practiced throughout Venezuela, India, France, Spain and the US. Tataya delights in sharing her enthusiasm for learning and living life fully through her vibrant, athletic and playful teaching style. Her classes are original creations in which she combines a variety of yoga styles with principles of alignment, enlightened empowerment and self-discovery, massage, and more. Born of her training and imagination and rooted in her own lifestyle, personal practice, and self-discovery, Tataya will lead you in a mindful, joyous practice.
My desire and passion is for you to leave naturally inspired, empowered, and at peace with who you are and what you can create for yourself and your life. Every yoga class is a different journey and every individual has a unique way of experiencing that journey, and Im here to guide and nurture you along the way.
